Life is a journey filled with a spectrum of experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Sometimes it can feel as if life’s positives are outweighed by the negatives, which hinder your personal goals, affect relationships, and keep you from fully enjoying the life that you deserve to live. Therapy is the process to understand, unburden, and restore balance in your life.
I offer a warm, trusting, non-judgmental, safe space where you can share your worries and lay down your burdens. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients, I help them discover their inner strength, empower them to create and reach their goals and cultivate a new sense of meaning within their life.
Therapeutic Approach
The core of my approach is an integration of person-centered, interpersonal, and cognitive behavioral influenced by the Humanistic, Psychodynamic (Attachment theory, Internal Family Systems and AEDP), and Behavioral psychotherapies. Together we will investigate the core of your struggles, tend to unhealed wounds, embolden your inner-self to explore new opportunities, and create treatment goals to your unique needs. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress management, parenting struggles, work/ school difficulties, burnout, faulty communication patterns, or challenging life transitions; you will not do it alone; I will be by your side through your transformational journey.
