It can be hard to take the first step, but many people feel better after we talk. We offer a personalized service (no receptionists or machines). After the first consultation, we will discuss in more detail the concerns that bring you to therapy and relevant history. We will find you the therapist(s) that can be the best match for you and your situation.
If you choose to begin therapy with us, we will get you in touch with best therapist match to schedule an Initial Intake Appointment (time and dates that fits you both will be considered). This is the time when you can ask any questions and get a feeling for what your work together will be. During that, you will decide frequency, schedule a follow-up appointment and regular meeting time. Please feel free to call or email with any questions.
